After work that day, I stopped by and informed the clerk of my missing slacks, who took my information and said that he would have management contact me. I left my business card to aid and ease of contact. Three other visits would occur, each time leaving my business card asking for assistance in locating my slacks. 6-months later, no one has ever contacted me. An expensive lesson learned.
I get home, grabbing dry cleaning out from the back of my vehicle, walk into my house, hanging my new dry cleaned clothes in my closet. Wake up the next morning, shower, and have my morning coffee. Go to grab my new pair of slacks, and my slacks are not amongst the dry cleaning I had picked up.
Great job and fast service! Needed a suit pressed, did it while I waited.

John and his gang are amongst the most wonderful people I have been blessed to meet. They do a terrific job and the turnaround is very fast. I HIGHLY recommend this cleaners! You pay a ton of money for your clothes, I see no reason why you would not take care of them at a cleaners that does not do anything half way.
They say, regardless the 100 times good is done, it takes 1 single "opps" to erase the 100 good.

3-years I've used this dry cleaners. Never one single incident. My wife insisted in purchasing me a pair of slacks from the Men's Warehouse. The slacks were selected, made &a tailored to fit my 42" inseam. $200.00 pair of slacks. Men's Warehouse called me informing that my slacks were ready to be picked up. I drove to their store, picked my slacks up and drove directly to Keller Cleaners and dropped them off for dry cleaning. Two days later, I go to pick up my new slacks (and assorted other clothing), the clerk opens my back door, hangs my dry cleaning up, takes my credit card, - thank you have a good day.
