4. Just because you know how to do your own laundry doesn't mean you know the machines so when you are close to closing time try and be respectful and wrap things up so the attendant can get home. If it were you would you want someone delaying you from getting back to your family?
Even if you are having a bad day just try the friendly approach. When I did the lady was very nice to me. Over the past 6 months my experience has been very positive. The front load machines are efficient and the rates are reasonable. No, I do not work for this company or any of it's affiliates, and I am not getting any sort of kickbacks.
Love this laundromat when it's not busy. All the employees seem to be pretty friendly. Its super clean and nearly all the washers and dryers work well. You have to get a car to reload but it's worth it. Bring cash and enough to load your card. They have a machine to break bills but it only dispenses coins and you can't use those in the machine. The employees don't have access to change either so he prepared to use all your money on your card for later or go get change before you go.
Do NOT come to this place!!! I walked inside the worker is watching TV. I asked her if she worked here and she acted like I interrupted her!! I asked her if I could get quarters and she rudely asked, for what???!!! I said to do laundry, she said we don’t do quarters here lady. I said well mamm, I don’t know that I have never been here before. I said to her we will go elsewhere because your attitude is horrible, she blew up and started raising her voice at me and I just walked out and as I am walking out the door she is still shouting rude remarks. Rude!!!!!
2.Card system works just fine beats bringing bags of quarters. The sign clearly states nonrefundable $1 fee so if you don't like it go somewhere else. Also, why would you expect to get money refunded when there are signs that clearly say no refunds? Not only that but last I checked this place is not a bank or an ATM. Use what you put on it up then don't put anymore on it until you show up with a load of laundry. I'm sure the guy who thought the computer ate his money just failed to remember he used it all up.
Friendly and helpful staff. Not too busy during the day and they open early. Convenient
I've been going here for almost two years, because the rates are reasonable for the top load washers. The sad thing is that as those washers need repairing, they are not being repaired. There are now only 2 top load washers that work. The others are still unrepaired with signs on them. When, asked about when or if machines will be fixed, attendant has no idea if the owner plans on fixing them. The front load washers cost 3.50 a load and for a small machine. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new place to do laundry.
5. Why do you need to slam the doors on the front load machines? They are designed to latch so it requires tactile contact with your hand and you close it then latch it securely. Also, whether or not you left the dryer door open or not just close it. It's a safety issue for you or someone else.
3.The attendant that everyone is saying was rude has retired but I found her to be very helpful. I wonder how many times those accusing others of rude are exactly the same way?
