I`ve been using those same cleaners for over 20 years. I follow the owner Sheri anywhere she goes. She is active in the community and cares about good customer service. I`ve never had a bad experience with her or any of her help. Very professional and my starched jeans could be used as a lethal weapon! Press on!!
Good service and often replace buttons at no charge. Have never had damage to our garments. Sometimes their equipment goes down, so have to plan ahead as it can sometimes take more than normal lead time.
Been using Cinch for years. They take great care of my items, and only one issue which was resolved at no charge. Always easy to work with.
I just moved to Texas and needed clothes cleaned. Cinch was in a good location for me. That's all that was good. The place was filthy. The customer service was horrible. They actually have a poster on the wall telling their employees rules for working there. How embarrassing... The three women I saw were using foul language. I don't know if they actually do a good job because I took my clothes and left.
