I use hidden lakes for laundered shirts and dry clean. They also use eco friendly methods and will hand wash and air dry or line dry when possible. Great service and highly recommended.
I took in my shirts for laundering and a few items including dry clean and a comforter that was sitting in my garage for ages. They were friendly and checked me in pretty efficiently. They noted the stains in a few items and said they would do their best to remove them without damaging my clothes. They offered me an eco friendly alternative to the plastic bags and said I could use it to bring in my clothes regularly. They offer same day service and can even deliver and pickup laundry and dry clean from around the Dallas-Fort-Worth Metropolitan area even though they are located in Keller, TX off Davis Blvd. BTW they use eco friendly cleaning and have a high quality of service with good detergents that are safe and mild. I hope to continue using them long term. I would highly recommend them since I've tried a few of the other cleaners in the area and they are no where close to the quality and price.

Dropped off 2 shirts at 8 am. Went to pick up at 6 pm. Young man working said his manager said to say they would be ready by 9 am the next day!!
Do not use this dry cleaner. I am 100% positive that I included a pair of black slacks when I dropped off my clothes to them this week. When packing for a business trip I noticed that my black slacks were not includued in the dry cleaning that I picked later that day. I called and they claim my black slacks were never checked in and they are sorry but there was nothing they could do. When I said that someone checking in my clothes must have made a mistake, they simply answered not possible. So somewhere between the mile drive to the dry cleaners I guess the gremlins ate my slacks. So much for taking care of a customer of 6 years.
