This post is in response to the previous review submitted by Baleigh Bollinger. First off I would like to start off by saying Pet Hollywood is the only place I will use to bathe and groom my two dogs. I have a great relationship with the staff and find it very hard to believe everything you have posted in your review is correct. After reading it which I might add did take a little more effort due to the fact that it did not seem well thought out and was full of grammatical errors but that aside I would like to address the things you discussed in your review. You say, "When I went to pick her up her nails looked bad and badly cut, she was shaking and eyes were blood shot red because how scared she was. " That is a very big assumption coming from someone who was not there themselves to witness the dog being bathed. Did it ever occur to you mabye your dog just does not like being in a strange environment? Or mabye he does not like being bathed and dried like most dogs? Mabye his eyes were red because he got water or shampoo in them while he was being given a bath, which I might add is very common and almost unavoidable. Mabye the nails looked bad because your dog would not sit still because it was uncomfortable in a different environment. I just do not the think it is a good idea to make someone's business look bad when you do not know all the facts. Next time think it through a little bit more before you get on here and start posting. It is obvious by your poor grammar you did not take your time to think your review through before you wrote it. I want to end by saying I have nothing but great things to say about Pet Hollywood and I would never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you for reading this.
So upset. We read reviews and it looked great, someone recommend us which was great. Took our dog there and they seemed so sweet. When I went to pick her up her nails looked bad and badly cut, she was shaking and eyes were blood shot red because how scared she was. And when I got home and started petting her I notice a huge cut on her neck from the groomers. Will not be going back. Which I'm disappointed in. Had high hopes for these people.

There is an overwhelming smell of urine that hits you as soon as you open the front door to the lobby. It just seems unclean. I brought in two small dogs for my first and only visit. Both of their cuts were poorly done and seemed as if they had been rushed.
I take my 2 dogs, a Poochon and a Maltipoo here and they love it! They always come out happy and looking excellent!! Thank you for your great service!
