Loved that they are close to home. Super friendly staff and loved seeing pictures of my sweet boy. I loved that the staff was super active, had alot of knowledge.
We just rescued a new puppy from a hoarding situation and I stopped in here because they had the same food the rescue organization recommended. I was really happy with their service. A young lady pushed the cart around and helped me pick out all the necessities and rescues get a discount. They even loaded it all into my car. They were super super helpful and I highly recommend them.
The reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 stars is the store was very messy. Not sure if they were rearranging or just got shipments and had no time to put things up. But I did love their selections.
Knowledgeable staff, wholesome product, and genuine customer service are the three main reasons I choose to give them my business. The product is priced fairly (if not cheaper than online retailers) and we have NEVER had an issue returning/exchanging product that did not work for our little doggos. Their team members legitimately care about your pet's health and happiness, something that is tough to find in other stores. Highly recommend for your "new family members"

Great company but I prefer the South lake one. this one is always messy and unorganized. Every time I go the girl with the colorful hair is messing with her pet in a cage and the heavier girl or tall guy helps me out. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of those two helpful staff. You should really get name tags. And my wife went there a couple days ago and they wouldn't price match our bag of dog food. I will for now on be taking my business elsewhere.
