These guys are great - my go to florist for everything. Awesome, experienced, creative staff. They offer the kind of personal service and artisanal designs that is definitely not on offer at grocery or other "big box" floral departments.
I'm only giving 1 star because I have to to rate them! They were terrible! The flowers look nothing like the picture online, when I called about my concern they told me they photo shop the pictures online and they won't look the same. After she said that they hung up on me. Once I called back the lady who was very rude told me our conversation was over and she had nothing else to say. Terrible customer service not once did they apologize for issue! I will NEVER order flowers from here again. I'll pay the extra money somewhere else where they look like the picture and care about their customers!
Originally placed an order with an online company for Mothers Day (hint, AVOID Ava's Flowers) and they never delivered them. I called Keller Florist, explained the situation and placed an order to be delivered the next day. Mom called a couple hours later to say she had already received them and that they were beautiful.
