We used Bow Kay for our daughters wedding this July. We went there as a second quote from another local shop where we just didn't get the vibe we were looking for and from the minute we walked in the door we were overly impressed with the customer service! Natalie was the person we dealt with and she looked over our pictures and heard the ideas and promised everything would look amazing! SHE UNDER PROMISED. We were blown away by the bouquets and they had even gone above and beyond on our daughters as we had wanted one type of flower but due to cost we asked for something similar- they put some of those special flowers in there for our daughters bridal bouquet. We couldn't have been happier. Her bouquet looked gorgeous for over a week! And her hair piece was incredible!
I called the afternoon my daughter passed the bar and ask them to send an arrangement to her office asap. They got it right over there within an hour and it was fantastic. Awesome customer service!!
This past week I lost a family member and remembered how kind Natalie was so I took my family there and showed them a picture of the colorful urn we had chosen and told her what we were interest in and again she blew us away with her customer service, empathy and creativity when it came to the design.
I ordered my wedding bouquets from here and was incredibly disappointed. I was in too much of a hurry when picking them up that I didn't pull them fully out of the box to inspect them. I had asked for my bridal bouquet to be a full solid white bouquet with hydrangeas, roses, tulips, and I specified absolutely no greens. My wedding was on a Sunday which this shop is closed on Sundays so I was told I would be able to pick them up Saturday and they would be fine. Sunday morning I woke up to start getting ready and I noticed how terrible the bouquet looked. I was lop sided the roses turned brown, there was a few weird green buds sticking out randomly, and all my bouquet really was was chrysanthemums which really made the bouquet look cheap. Since it was Sunday obviously I couldn't reach them. I ended up spending 3 hours that day looking at grocery stores all over the meteoplex for enough decent flowers to try and make my own bouquet. It was an absolute nightmare and not worth the price tag. Please consider looking elsewhere

I needed flowers for a funeral and I am out of town. I called and got a machine that said if you are in a hurry, email. I did and got a phone call within 5 minutes. I explained what I wanted (pastel colors, my price range and make it pretty.) Per another review, I left the details up to them. Feedback from the family was that they were the prettiest flowers there, so I am very pleased. Thank you
My employer had a beautiful arrangement of white roses/mums delivered to me when my Mother in Law passed away. They were absolutely beautiful and made our day so much brighter. I also appreciated the delivery driver calling to let me know he had left the arragement at the front door. I will definitely be using them for my own deliveries. :)
