Granted, this review may come off as a disgruntle person who is just upset that he missed his appointment but that is not the case. They did not ask how I was or "I'm sorry to hear that" or "give me a second to check if we can still do something". It was very cold. A little bit of sympathy would have gone along way. Whether I am a new patient or existing one should not matter. I am a patient needing to see the doctor. I am not sure where "Family" fits into their business name!
This place is absolutely terrible.
The fat white girl at the desk who was to busy playing with her computer told me to sit down and someone would be with me. Normal request, but I had been standing there for 10 mins before she even acknowledged that I was there so I said I'm good right here. She then jumped up and ordered me to sit down and I'm not really good at taking orders from fat people who don't want to do there job considering I put my life on the line for her in Iraq.
I have had the best service from Dr. Theresa Le. She listens to you carefully, doesn't rush you & does what is necessary.
I know Dr. Bah is extremely busy with a growing number of patients, but if you can get in to see her for your healthcare needs, I would highly recommend it.
She's great as far as I'm concerned.
Dr. Bah is an EXCELLENT doctor! I've moved my whole family over to that clinic because of 2 main reasons: they take excellent care of their patients; and they have a good idea about what is going on with the members of the family and can thus provide a much better level of care!
I felt more like a number than a patient. My family has recently started going here so I decided I would too. I called and made an appointment for a physical weeks earlier. I was due to arrive a few minutes prior to my appointment but unfortunately due to rainy weather and traffic the day of my appointment, I was running a little late. I did call to let them know. When I showed up, it was exactly 11 min past my appointment. I apologized for my tardiness a let them know my plight to get there.
The girls at the front desk here are extremely rude and the medical care is terrible. I walked in to take care of a bill and after standing in front of the desk for a very long time someone finally asked if they could help me. I said I need to pay a bill that was for services 8 months ago that I just received a bill for.
Instead of being sympathetic to the fact I haven't eaten all day, I drove 30+ min across town in a down pour, and sat in a traffic jam, the receptionist simply turned to me and said "we have a strick policy for new patients that if they are not here within 10 min. of their appointment we'll have to reschedule".
Long story short they still can't figure out my stomach problem and the bill they sent me from 8 months ago can't be paid in the office because the staff is incompetent.
This place is terrible!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away. The will keep you sick so they have return business. They won't treat your problem and will treat you like you're an idiot and not worthy of their time even though you're paying a insane amount of money to be there.
I see Dr. Bah here. I like her. She takes the time to listen to you rather than just rushing through the appointment. But the office in general (like most doctor's offices) is a business and the patients are just numbers. I called with an injury and they had an appointment a week out. I've called other times and couldn't get an appointment for 2-3 days. They are so overbooked. But other offices are generally the same. I guess the new healthcare model is that you see your doctor when you go for your well check and if something else happens, that's what urgent care facilities are for.
