Office Manager Shannon Parks is an extremely rude individual. When asked to explain about a discrepancy between my insurance carrier and their bill I was laughed at & advised they were correct. My son was then declined services until a $40 balance was cleared. When asked for another person to assist in the situation I was told there was no body else. "I have been here for over 23 years. I know what I'm doing".
Best Doctor and AMAZING staff! They made my family feel like part of their family. We LOVE OLIVE the comfort dog.
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this office is. They are both professional and caring. Every. Single. Member of this team has a heart for children. We have been seeing Dr. Jeff for 20 years and my kiddos have never been afraId to go to the dentist and, as a matter of fact, they enjoy it. Most of his staff have been around for ten years or more. That says something about an office.
I have been bringing all 5 of my children to this office since we moved to Keller last year. The ladies in the front office have gone out of their way since my first phone call to make everything run smooth for me and have always been exceptionally nice! The staff in the back as well as Dr. Hoffman are always super friendly and eager to help. My kiddos always feel comfortable and even look forward to going to the dentist...actually I have a couple that get sad when their turns up :) Our appointments have always been right on time and we get going with the rest of our day! It is so pain free! Love this office! I need to find a pediatricians office that's run and handled in this same manor now!
We have searched for a dentist who is honest with friendly staff and who could easily adapt to our three rambunctious boys. Dr. Hoffman and his staff fit the bill and we are extremely happy with our decision to switch dentists. From the office staff, to the hygienists to Dr. Hoffman we were treated professionally and with courtesy. In addition, there weren’t any random “add-on” charges that didn’t quite make sense, everything was explained and outlined. I am confident Dr. Hoffman and his entire staff is committed to ensuring our pediatric dental needs are met with the upmost care and expertise.
