Family owned and operated experience. From the time you arrive you and your vehicle will be treated with the utmost respect. I recently adopted another pet and watched the drive thru attendant treat him like he was also a friend of the family. My little guy went through the wash inside my vehicle and I saw him getting as much love & attention as my car was. I Absolutely love these folks.
Poor excuse for a car wash! I don't think they get the concept. My dash was not clean and I guess removing bird poop from the windshield is also not included. When I brought this to the managers attention she asked me what wash I got, I said the gold, to which she replied you need to get the super to get all that. what? Exactly what am I paying for?? What I will be getting is a new car wash!
Ice facility and staff. Very convenient location, with convenient services including quick auto service/oil changes. Lots of fun things to browse inside the car wash store, including trinkets, snacks, sweets and refreshments. Overall, car was quality was good. 4 star rating since upon inspection of the car, there were a few quality control issues that should not have been missed. Vacuuming and cleaning overall was ok, but not great. Once I pointed it out though, the gentleman took it back through vacuuming and also cleaned a few extra areas. No big deal. Will just require I look before I tip.
Seriously need to find another car wash. I frequent this location often in hopes that maybe just maybe I'll be satisfied when I leave...nope. Every time I come I pay for the interior and exterior cleaning spending anywhere from $20-30 and the inside is never done well. Dust still on the doors and console. Rug and mats never picked up and vacuumed good. I can't even smell the air freshener that I was supposed to get with the cleaning.
Paid $30 to get my car cleaned inside and out. The outside was clean as it was mostly done by machine. The inside, however, was very much to be desired. The center console was not wiped down or vacuumed as were on the inisdes of the doors. You could still see dust and dog hair from my dogs. I paid to have them clean my car and didn't get what I paid for. Won't be coming back here. Maybe the one in Keller is better.
