I've had my car washed here probably a dozen times in the past two years, however over the past 6 months the quality of the wash has declined.
I've noticed that my car isn't being cleaned as well as it was previously and on my last wash there wasn't enough water to even rinse all the soap/wax off of my car. I went and spoke to the attendant about it and he stated that he would let me go through again. After going through again, there was still soap on both front fenders and the hood of my car. I then asked for a hose or some water to rinse the remaining soap off so it wouldn't dry and was told to just wipe it off with a towel. Having paid for a $17 car wash, I would have thought my car would have at least been rinsed.
Always leave with a great wash. They initially taped back windshield wiper but have since stopped but it has only been askewed once. However, they now fold in side mirrors to prevent them from being pushed forward during wash. Initial "intake" members vary greatly in the quality of service they provide. The great old(er) guy who worked there in the beginning hasn't been seen in quite a while. I would tip him every time.
I'll be looking for a new car wash to try the next time around.
Great service and great place! Really liked the clean microfiber towels you can use as well as the free vacuums after you get a car wash. Will definitely be back soon!
Even with my big truck with a full replacement bumper, fenders does an amazing job. James and his crew are extremely helpful and very diligent in their work! Will be recommending friends and family for sure.
These guys did a great job on my truck! They power washed all of the bugs off before I entered the wash. I was very impressed by the service and time they took to ensure my vehicle was clean. The manager is friendly. Best car wash I've had since coming to Texas. They discount your next wash, and also offer a membership. Will be going back soon!!
