The lines here can be awful. Our mail keeps getting lost and I dont know how much this place has to do with that but I am thinking they might have something to do with it.
Seriously need to learn their policies. A rude clerk denied me pickup of a registered piece of mail but there was no restricted delivery on it. My husband works all the time and can't come in to pick up a package that I bought for him. Even though I'm the one that got it for him and live in the same house with the same last name (reflected on my id), I can't pick it up. He's going to have to request to leave work early in order to pick it up. So even though it wasn't restricted delivery, just because it was registered mail, she wouldn't let me have it. So ridiculous.
This place is always messing up my mail. Not only mine but all of the neighbors are taking about it. When I tried to call and report this the phone just rings and goes to a fax machine.
Or just go with UPS when available.
So basically, make sure you have tracking info on your packages if this is the post office that delivers your mail. Or else you may never receive what's being sent to you.
Mail has not been delivered since last Friday. Understand they were closed for Veterans Day. Tried to call the phone number listed, takes a while then goes to fax machine cause they don't want to answer the phone. Bad customer service at this location.
They were surprised and thankfully had a tracking number to see where it was. The tracking info said "arrived in Keller. Pick up at postal office specified on slip left at residence" or whatever. There was no slip.
Thankfully when I went in to the Keller PO, the man at the counter was super friendly and received my envelope right away. He said he wasn't sure why the carrier didn't deliver it, since it definitely didn't need to be signed for.
I've only been in Keller for about two months and already had an issue with this office. I was expecting an important envelope that contained a bill and other time sensitive things. I hadn't received it after it was sent about a month earlier, so I asked the sender if they had forgotten to send it.
