I have never known statements not to be taken from both parties and an investigation done especially when there are skid marks and pieces of car debris starting at point and ending at point b. The officer was yelling at my daughter to get out of her car (I was on the phone and heard him) she couldn't get the door open on her car it was caved in. The two officers in this case need to be investigated and learn how to handle an investigation and use their badge as an intimidate.

Horrible. Why does it take 40 minutes to get an officer to come to the lobby to assist customers. They don't answer the phone and serve multiple other agencies. This department could really use some training in customer service. It should not take 15 phone calls within an hour to finally get someone on the phone. Where are the officers when we need assistance? Are our tax dollars being used to allow officers to sit in the back and watch tv and play on their phones because clearly they are not doing their job in assisting the public.
This is one of the most unprofessional departments to handle an accident.
