Always expensive. Just called them asking if I could use a birthday coupon (mailed to the house) with one of their special on the web. Normally when you see specials on the web it will say "can't be used with any other offers". That fine. Nowhere did I read that. So I called and politely asked the person who answered if I could use the coupon with the special for 2 pizzas. He basically laughed at me and said "you can't combine offers". So I politely asked where does it say that? He ignored me and said "what do you want?" I gave him my order and he applied coupon only. So, I'm driving over to pick it up and tell him he needs to go to customer service school to his face. Mr Jim's in Keller is way better anyway. Life is too short for dealing with rude idiot. I won't spend money here again.
The lady that took our order was annoyed that I asked for a reciept. Good thing I did since ordered four pizza's my wife's and my oldest daughters came out. Walked back to the front and asked where the other two were. My wife's gluten free came out under cooked. They had no idea I was owed two more pizza's. very disappointed. They did refund our meal.
Had The King pizza and Caesar salad. Excellent. Great service and laid back atmosphere. Full house on Saturday night
Just ordered lunch from Astrid on the phone and she was super nice! The fact that she gave me her name for in case I needed to change anything was awesome!!! Great customer service!
Oh, and he gave no time on when to pick up. Clearly he was irritated and didn't feel like providing those details.
Great staff the manager is so nice and helpful. Food is excellent. Our go to pizza place.
