Initially, I was decently content with the service I received when I, first, went through Ann Gibson's agency 2 years ago. Since, I haven't needed anything, so I have just been making payments online. Recently, I received a letter about changes to my policy. I had questions, so I decided to visit the office. However, no one in personal auto was even there to help me. Someone in commercial auto did take down my information, and they would give me a call the next morning. I waited all day for the call, only to walk away from my phone for 5 minutes after 5 pm, and missed a call which, according to my voicemail, to acknowledge that I had questions, but they were leaving for the day. When I called back the following morning, a man answered and told me that I would have received a letter regarding my questions, which I never did. Then, when I asked about a new policy, he rudely told me that they could give me a quote. Because they don't seem to have the time or patience or value to continue my business, I found a different insurance company that does.
Terrible staff, product, and company. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. When you file a claim they will do ANYTHING to not pay, regardless of the proof you show them. Doesn't matter if you have multiple witness statements, contact information, photos, and even VIDEOS. They'll try to use loopholes as their standing ground to not pay out. They lack people skills, compassion, and the ability to treat their customers with respect. I will tell everyone and anyone I can to go anywhere else.
