I got a shake from this location and they were out of whip cream and I told them to add some Oreo and we would call it even but he said he couldn't because that is an extra charge. But doesn't my whip cream come with the shake in the first place? Normally I love QT but this was a very unpleasant experience and the kitchen guy made me feel like a customer trying to get free items when I was just trying to compensate for the lack of whip cream.
Absolutely love QT this one is super convenient I stop and grab a cup of coffee every morning
