Very pleased with my experience here tonight. My boyfriend bought me a BEAUTIFUL opal ring in December and it already started to brown and fade. I was so distraught. I brought the ring in to see if they could help me out and clean it or something. Michael in the jewelry department was helping us. He was more than helpful. He cleaned my ring as much as he could, and without hesitation he replaced it because I still wasn't loving how it looked. Very sweet man- he helped my mom try to find earrings and was so patient with both of us. Took time to explain why my ring may have turned the color it did, and didn't give me attitude like most people would considering the situation. 10/10 would recommend this kohls. Good job Michael!
